Any typology can be compared to a map that aims to facilitate the overview - none of them is comprehensive - and studying the map never replaces the experience of traveling. by Richard Rohr
Me, you and other complications. When we live or work together with other people, it often gets complicated. Generally, functioning within communities can be hindered by misunderstandings and accompanied by conflicts. Being human means being different—whether in our thinking and behavior, our values, or our goals. Understanding oneself is already challenging, and understanding others is another, equally complex one.
To examine one’s own personality, one’s own behaviour within a team, or within a partnership, we use the insights of typology. In this book, we describe the 4-type personality model we developed, which is based on the Riemann-Thomann model.
